Hey, I bought an annual subscription of Parallels Pro, and when I log in to my account, I can't seem to find any active subscriptions where I can cancel the renewal. Could you please reach out and help me further with the cancellation? Tysm.
I have the same problem. Currently my subscription is "Expired" yet I cannot turn off the subscription renewal and it keeps hitting my credit card. When I click on "Manage Subscription" it takes me to a page that says "Inactive Subscription" but does not allow me to turn off renewals. Just today they tried to bill me again.
That sounds frustrating, I'd contact their support directly with your purchase details so they can locate the subscription and cancel the renewal for you.
I actually got to support by responding to the (lno reply)expiration email for parralels. They immediately cancelled per my request.
