I want my Toast to Growl!

Is there a mechanism that would convert my Windows Toast, say an Outlook email notification, to a Growl notification?

I receive email in Outlook inside my Parallels VM. The VM resides in a different Mac OS X space. So if I'm working in another space, the only notification I have of new email is my Blackberry.

It would rock if I could see Growl notifications for all events that Windows would normally pop Toast for.

We have not made an investigation yet if this mechanism can be created. I will deliver your report to Parallels developers. You can also try asking Growl developers as they could work on this feature as well.
