I want a refund for Parallels 10 - Do NOT buy if you're on Yosemite!

Dear Parallels, its been over 6 months since you took by 5th $50.00 yearly upgrade to 10 from 9. I have asked for support got none - Same as everyone else complaining about the absurd fuzzy resolution in windows issue along with the convoluted double Parallels icon tray issues. I want the ability to download the older version 9 where everything worked. I know I will never see the refund for this garbage update so I would at least like to be able to get back to where I was before your crack engineers destroyed the usability of this program.

Note to all! If you're on Yosemite and looking to upgrade from an earlier version of Parallels (Before 9) Go to VMWARE and buy their program! Period!
IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO SPEND $50.00 GOING FROM 9 TO VERSION 10 - DONT DO IT! IT IS FLAWED AND WILL RUIN YOUR EXPERIENCE! PARALLELS 9 WORKS FINE WITH YOSEMITE - THERE IS NO 50% POWER SAVINGS ETC ETC WITH VERSION 10! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
