I upgraded from 3.0 to 4.0 for snow leopard HELP!

Hi I have Parallels 3.0 and upgraded my MAC to Snow Leopard. At the time there was no report that 3.0 was not compatable with Snow Leopard. Well after upgrading Parallels would not run. After hours on the phone with Apple, I had no choice but to upgrade Parallels to 4.0. When I installed 4.0 it went in as a whole new program, had to reinstall Windows and everything and all my info from 3.0 is not accesable.

Is there a way to get to that info? If not, how can I get rid of all that old info as I believe it is just taking up space on my hard drive?

I was very happy with 3.0 will Parallels be creating a fix so 3.0 runs on Snow Leopard?
