I renew my parallel desktop today and pay the bill with alipay,but it's still expired.

    I bought parallel desktop for mac for one year at 2022, I felt this product is good.And today I renew my parallel desktop service and pay the money with alipay ,alipay says it's sucessed but my parallel desktop service is still expired.The reference number is :398944608
