I have a charge of 60000 KRW on my corporate CC from Parallels (subscription renewal on 2023. 12. 02. 8:30 PM), but I do not have a matching invoice or receipt. When I try to get it from my.parallels.com by clicking confirmation/invoice, it just opens a new tab saying the link is expired and a new link will be sent once I enter the randomly generated characters. I tried more than dozen times but I do not get anything even to my junk. How do I obtain that documentation?
