Parallels 18.3.1 + OSX Ventura (Developer Beta):: If (like me) you're Ventura VM won't start, or randomly locks up, and can't connect to the network, etc.. (VM Properties) Hardware -> Network -> Advanced -> "TYPE" : Virtio Network Adaptor, and (not sure if required), but I also Disabled IPv6. After making this change, my VM is "stable" (maybe I should say, 'more' stable), and I get a Network IP (Shared Mode), and am able to access the internet without the VM locking up. It also actually "boots" (the VM in many cases just sits there forever). Curious to know if this helps anyone?
