I made a wrong purchase for the student version of Parallel

    Hi!
    I made a wrong purchase and it has been refunded. I want to buy new license with student discount (Pro Edition) to a activate parallel but, unfortunately, I made the purchase of Standard Edition license(1-time purcharse) and my email was used before for the purchase of the standard edition. What will I do?

Since you've received a refund, you may need to contact Parallels Support to ensure your email is eligible for a new purchase with the student discount.
