I just got a new laptop and am having issues finding an activation key when I have a yrly subscript

    I have my receipt for my yearly subscription and i don't see anywhere where an activation key is. I even went back to my old laptop which I haven't wiped yet and it's also asking for an activation key when it worked a few hours ago. I did put a ticket in with Parallels chat but i'm not sure if it's right in front of my nose and don't realize it.
