Hello, my subscription will automatically renew in a few days, but I no longer wish to continue using Parallels. I can't deactivate it with the tutorial in this forum, as it says my product is registered under another account. I received an email saying it will be activated automatically and I will be charged, but I no longer wish to continue using Parallels for now. How can I deactivate this automatic renewal and cancel my subscription?
