I just got a new (old) MacBook and wanted to transfer Parallels to this one. I didn't know, that there is a limit to 3 Macs, all the old one are not working anymore. It would be great, if you can help me. Best regards, Manfred
Hello, Thank you for your post. We have checked your account and located the Parallels Desktop 16 license and have proceeded with a reset. This license should be usable again on compatible device.
