Please be gentle with me. I am a new Mac user and not overly technical. I was using the windows virtual desktop fine but when I open up the parallels desktop the control center opens, the windows screen arrives but then instantly goes and all I'm left with is the control center. I know that windows is running somewhere but I just cannot find how to open it. I have looked through all the support questions and lots of them talk about 'virtual machine' option from the menu but none of my menus include this. I'm sorry if I'm being utterly stupid but I have sat here for hours trying to sort this. I have no windows menu at all.
Hi EmmaH1, Refer this article and check if you are in coherence view. If you are in coherence view, exit it to get normal Window view.
