I can't find my activation key

    Im using MacBook and I tried terminal and I couldn't find it and I can't find the key in my account.

    after a series of issues, that I just posted, I checked again I finally could access my account BUT no trace of my purchase ! same issue as you ! It seems that their database is confused about my account. But after a while I got access to mine, disabled the 2FA, and things were working again. Hope this help the support team.
