I cannot access my subscription

    Hi,
    I my old Mac died and I had to buy a new one. I won't let me activate my Parallels as it says that activation limit has been reached. I cannot find the license key under my account and restoring purchases does not work. It only says an email has been sent but I am not receiving one.
