I can not activate old Desktop for Mac version 9

I have decided to leave Windows and go back to Macs full time and found that I had bought both Desktop Version 8 and 9 many years ago. I want to move or recreate my old Windows (95,98, ME,...etc.) on my old Macs. The version 8 Mac is still Working but the Macbook Pro that had version 9 died years ago. I was able to install version 9 on a another Macbook Pro running OSX 10 Yosemite but it won't let me activate. All the instructions for activation do not work and it tells me I have 14 days to activate. How can I activate my old version 9?
