Ever since I installed PD 7, I can no longer print envelopes with my mail list management software. I have literally printed thousands of identical envelopes with many previous versions of Parallels. I have a feeling it may have something to do with the fact that every time I start Windows XP, I get a message on the taskbar that says "Found New Hardware HP Color LaserJet 8500 PS. I don't have that printer, I have a Canon IP6700D. Even after I delete the HP printer from Printers and Faxes in Control Panel, it shows up again every time I start Windows. And in my program from which I want to print the envelopes, I get the following message every time I want to print an envelope. "Warning: Your printer does not support this envelope size" Even though I have printed thousands of #10 envelopes with this printer. The printer does support this envelope size. And the printer dialog box where I normally can set the different printing parameters like color/greyscale, type of paper, etc. is no longer the dialog box that I normally get for my Canon printer, but something entirely different. I have the latest printer driver installed. Does anybody have a clue what might be the issue?
