I bought the wrong license

    Hello, I'm a new user and mistakenly purchased an upgrade license, which I can't use because I don't have an older license.
    I request:
    An immediate replacement with the correct license for new users, Parallels Desktop Pro Edition.
    Or a full refund so I can make the correct purchase.
