I Bought and register Parallels Desktop 10 on 27/7

    Hi Support
    As title, i want to ask in my situation, i'm out of your upgrade guarantee 2 days. So i can't free upgrade to 11? If yes, why in this post your support said "applicable for a free upgrade." on Jun 24?
    After i saw that post so i decided to buy, if not that post, i will not buy 10 at 27/7/2015
    If i can't upgrade in this case, i will very disappointed for customer support.
