    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

    1. To uninstall the Parallels Toolbox, quit the application.
    2. Open Finder > Applications > Select the Parallels Toolbox application and application and move them to Trash.

For more information, please go to the following link https://kb.parallels.com/en/123905

If you cannot quit the application, please follow the steps below:
    1. Open Activity monitor and search for "Parallels Toolbox"
    2. Quit the process.
    3. Once the process has been terminated, Open Finder > Applications > select the Parallels Toolbox application and application and move them to Trash.
    4. Empty Trash

    thanks

Thank you very much. I tried all the steps above.

the "problem" I think is it is an expired subscription. So Parallels has it open to advice of subscription expiration.

I need the Parallels Toolbox off my computer. I think Parallels might be behaving in a naughty fashion.

The activity monitor cannot quite the toolbox app. Which causes me to think there is a bug somehow.

Kindly perform the following steps to attempt a resolution of this issue.

I must be doing something wrong. But I don't think so.

very carefully followed your instructions. Two times

received message "The item 'Parallels Toolbox' can't be moved to the trash because it's open".

    hope you have other ideas,

Can you please advise me how to delete the same? I'm having the same exact issue as the original poster and ran all troubleshooting steps in this thread with the same results as OP.

Nevermind... moderator please don't approve the last message or this one. I took one more step. Deleting it this time from the applications folder and not the applications utility did the trick.
