How to uninstall expired parallels Toolbox - moving to trash unworkable

Thank you for your feedback.

1. To uninstall the Parallels Toolbox, quit the application.
2. Open Finder > Applications > Select the Parallels Toolbox application and application and move them to Trash.

If you cannot quit the application, please follow the steps below:
1. Open Activity monitor and search for "Parallels Toolbox"
2. Quit the process.
3. Once the process has been terminated, Open Finder > Applications > select the Parallels Toolbox application and application and move them to Trash.
4. Empty Trash

Kindly perform the following steps to attempt a resolution of this issue.

1. On your host Mac, open the Terminal application (Finder > Applications > Utilities > Terminal);
2. Copy the following command, paste it into the Terminal window, and press the Enter key
   
   ps -ef | grep "[Parallels] toolbox" | awk '{print $2}' | xargs kill

3. Navigate to Applications.
4. Right-click the Parallels Toolbox application > Move to Bin

2.. Copy the following command, paste it into the Terminal window, and press the Enter key

ps -ef | grep "[Parallels] toolbox" | awk '{print $2}' | xargs kill

3. Once this executes successfully, please paste the following in your Terminal:

ps -ef | grep "Parallels Toolbox"
