How to Share files between OS X and WinVista?

I know, I know, it's probably been covered before but I can't seem to readily find an answer. No problems sharing from Windows to OS X, I simply access the desktop icon which points to the Parallels Shared Folders. However, I cant seem to find a way to access Vista from OS X. That is I want to drop a file from OS X to manipulate it with a Vista tool but I can't readily determine which folder to drop into to get it to desktop or some other location.

Advise please?
