how to kill prl_disp_service once and for all?

    Hi!

    I'm very close to switching to virtualbox instead, but since I payed for this I give it a last chance. How do I once and for all kill the prl_disp_service that crashes like once a month and takes 100% CPU? I don't want any background processes, I want to start parallels manually when I need it.
