How to get my Outlook contacts on my iPhone?

    Im a newbie. I just bought a MacBookAir, first MAC experience.
    I'm facing the following problem. I do have to use outlook for my contacts, scheduling and email. I'm running around with my iPhone have all my data on it.
    It was absolutly no problem with outlook and itunes under xp.

    Now, I am not able to sync my outlook contacts with itunes in a parallels vm.

    When I connect my iPhone, I connect it with Windows XP running in Parallels VM.
    Itunes pops up and I can see my iPhone. I can sync my music and do backups.

    But if I go to info, I have the option to sync with outlook. But nothing happens. It seems iTunes cannot access my outlook any more.

    Anybody any ideas?
