I've been emailing Nova Development (with non-technical -- i.e., general & sales-related inquiries) for over a week and just keep getting back 'form letter' emails telling me someone will get back to me soon. What's going on? (More than a week without a reply isn't "soon," is it?) Also, what is the difference between Nova and Parallels in terms of support, both general/sales and technical? That is, can inquiries be directed to either? Thanks.
Nova Development is the official reseller of Parallels Desktop, generally boxed versions. All technical issues should be addressed to Parallels technical support, all sales and pre-sales questions should be addressed to Nova Development support team if you purchased Parallels Desktop from Nova or going to purchase it from Nova
Tech Support With Out Integrity A Tech Person told me to download some software that would allow him to access and fix the problem with Vista/Parallels. He told me he'd call back in 20-minutes. It's six hours later and NO CALL!!!
