I'm trying to end my subscription of Parallels for Mac. I have tried with Google Chrome and Apple Safari, but the it directs me to a survey that never loads. I have managed to fill out the survey by using Firefox, but my subscription is still marked as active and with a renewal date of 2025-11-25! I have tried to remove my Credit card, but I can only find how to change payment method. How do I end my subscription!?
