How to drag and drop screenshots to windows

How can I drag and drop captured images from parallels form Mac to windows??

if you mean how to drop captured image into the Windows Virtual machine then you have some options:
- drag and drop file to the window where Windows is running.
- use Shared Folders functionality to access the image file from Windows directly without coping it.

In all cases Parallels Tools (not Parallels Toolbox!) must be installed inside Windows virtual machine.
