Hi there. I am using Parallels on my iMac 21.5" running Yosemite. I am using the latest Parallels 10. Everything is working fine and I am very pleased. However, I am writing so me web software using a Windows tool that creates Windows only software. I have connected my Parallels session to my Mac wifi and it has an ip address of 192.168.1.91. My web software runs on port 8080. My wireless router doesn't show this ip address as being connected so I presume that it is being hidden by the Mac.

I would like to connect to this software externally. I have an external fixed ip address where I currently run 2 web sites (but on another Windows pc). I assumed that I could use one of these domains as follows: www.mycurrentdomain.com:8080 and that the call would be routed correctly but nothing happens.

Does anyone have any suggestion as to how I would be able to externalise the server running on the Parallels machine?
