how to change Parallels Mac dock icon

- select your image file, preferably a *.png file
- copy the image
- navigate to the Parallels Destop.app file and right click - Get Info
- at the top of the box is a small icon next to Parallels Desktop.app above the Spotlight Comments box
- click on this small icon (it will depress when you click it)
- press and hold Command and then V to past it to this small box
- the icons should change now


you can also do this to change the folder icons
