Hi, I am going to be doing the upgrade this Friday when it comes out.

I have read threads on other message boards about some people are going to go with the upgrade option. others will be going with the archive and install option and still others will go with the clean install method.

Not sure which is the best option so that I do not create any issues with parallels and my windows partition.

Based on what I have read I think I would like to do the archive and install method.. How will that affect my parallels?

What are most of you doing?

Normal when you running 3.0 everything will be ok. But just for security make a back up off your .hdd.

    Greetings

And what if we are only running Build 3214?
    Won't everything "be all right"?

    Thanks, Laurie

If you do an archive and install you will have to reinstall Parallels afterwards. A upgrade install will probably not require a reinstall of Parallels.
