    Dear Anyone.
I know the point of Parallels is to run Windows and Mac simultaneously on the same machine. I've GOT Parallels - but I can't for the life of me work out how to make it install Mac OS on my Windows 10 Laptop.

Surely as it's Parallels it can do Windows to Mac as well as Mac to Windows, can't it? I'm not the world's greatest with computers - what am I missing?

    Yours puzzledly,

    Chris.

In conclusion, while it's possible to install Windows on a Mac, it's not possible to install macOS on a Windows PC.
    Reasons:
    1. Technical limitations of Parallels
Parallels Desktop is designed exclusively for Apple hardware (Mac) and relies on macOS virtualization APIs such as Hypervisor.framework.
These APIs exist only in macOS running on Apple Silicon (M-series) or Intel-based Macs and do not function on Windows.
Therefore, Parallels itself cannot be installed or executed on a Windows system.
    2. Licensing restrictions of macOS
Apple's macOS Software License Agreement (EULA) explicitly states that macOS may only be used on Apple-branded hardware.
While running macOS in a virtual machine is technically possible, this is allowed only when the host device is also a Mac.
In other words, virtualizing macOS on a Windows PC violates Apple's license agreement.
