Copy the files into an OSX directory while the guest is running, using either shared folders, or a network connection between the host and guest.

There is currently no way I know of to read a virtual disk when the guest isn't running.

That is the stupidest question I have ever read.

    Just joken. ;)

You should have a "Parallels Shared Folders" icon on your xp desktop. Just select the files to copy, do ctrl+c, or copy from the edit menu, then browse into shared folders and do ctrl+v or paste from the edit menu.

Well now, it may be possible that I forgot to mention a crucial piece of information.

In Parallels configuration, you need to add at least one folder in the "Shared Folders" section.

If you're ever past my place, stop in for a free beer to make up.
