How do I make a specific batch script a favorite application in 4.0?

Hi,

I have two applications I run all the time in one of my XP VMs. One is started with a file called ARChitect2_shortcut.bat. The other is an executable, but it's built on top of Eclipse, so it essentially starts Eclipse with a specific series of plug-ins. Both fail to work with the Favorite Applications mechanism in 4.0. If I add the first, all I get is a generic Windows command shell. If I add the second, all I get is Eclipse. In both cases, of course, that's what the tooltip says when I mouse over the dock icon while the app is running. Is there any way I can get these specific applications into my favorites?
