I have Parallels 6, now that the Lion license allows me to install Lion in a VM, how do I do this in Parallels 6? I am assuming that P7 has the option built in. Is there going to be a patch 6 that adds this? Having only bought 6 6 months ago, I don't feel like upgrading at this time.
Uh, just came across this. When i get home tonight I'll give this a try, but I suspect this is my answer, and it is satisfactory! http://www.parallels.com/support/pdfm6/
Ok, so I have the latest build (12106). But I don't see an option to install Lion. Am I supposed to choose Other OS?

The Parallels Desktop 6 documentation doesn't say that Lion is a supported guest OS. http://download.parallels.com/desktop/v6/docs/en/Readme_for_Parallels_Desktop.pdf http://download.parallels.com/desktop/v6/docs/en/Parallels_Desktop_Users_Guide/23583.htm You'll need to get Parallels Desktop 7 if the Snow Leopard Server option doesn't let you install Lion. Otherwise, you'll need to create a hackintosh type virtual machine to run Lion which might not work.
