Quicken hangs when I start it. Just a typical Windows frozen screen. How do I reset/restart XP within VM. ie - where's the reset button? So far I've had to restart the MAC. Cntrl/ALT/DEL doesn't seem to work to bring up the task manager to close Quicken that way. Mouse moves around window but entire screen is frozen.

Ctrl-Alt-Del brings up the XP Task Manager fine here. I don't have 'Swap Cmd and Ctrl" set in my Preferences/Keyboard, so maybe that makes a difference.

There's also a curly orange arrow on the right of my VM window that has the tool tip "Reset VM". (I don't use Coherence). It has a menu equivalent called 'Reset' in the Parallels 'Actions' menu. More extreme than Ctrl-Alt_del on Quicken only, but it works.

PS I assume you realise that Backspace does not equal Delete? Delete is a key in the centre section of the full keyboard, to the right of the Return key.
