How can i stop the WINDOWS apps showing on the DOCK

Hey,
can someone tell me how to stop my WINDOWS apps showing on the DOCK when open in Parellels.
like this should be default as we are using two OS but not sure why Parellels cannot make this such an easy thing to do.
If anyone from Parellels is reading this, PLEASE make your system easier to use.
