I recently upgraded to Parallels Desktop 14. I fired up an existing VM and began to play a game with some friends. Right as it was almost over...I got kicked out of Parallels and back to the Mac desktop (it was fullscreened) because it automatically decided that it needed to install Parallels Tools. By the time I finally got back to the game, it gave me a black screen and I could not resume. So how about NOT installing Parallels Tools automatically without explicit user confirmation? Microsoft gets enough flak for this kind of thing, so why is Parallels essentially doing the same thing?
Hi SomeoneElse, It is available in Pro and Business Edition in the VM configuration > Options > Advanced
