Host-Only Network hangs under high traffic I have the following configuration: WinXP SP2 guest OS with a cvsnt client. Host-Only-Networking with a manual DHCP IP. With the new Beta6 I can not update my repository on the guest os with the server on the host. It produces a lot of traffic on the network and stalls. After that the program hangs and no network traffic is indicated in the status bar. To assure this is a parallels issue I did the following investigation: - I switched to bridged networking over AirPort: everything is fine. cvs co and cvs update are working (no restart of the host in between) - I completely uninstalled beta6 and installed beta5 again. I can use bridged and host-only networking to successfully access the cvsnt server. But no luck with beta6 and host-only networking. The configuration is ok. I can ping the host from the guest and vice versa. And I can do a cvs login from the guest. Only high traffic calls with cvs hang. Thank you very much, bigman
I hope this issue is alreadey tracked. I want to emphasize that this is a bug in the fixed beta 6 version. Is there anything I can do to help to reproduce this behaviour? Thanks, bigman
