High CPU load (150) + Noisy fans with Parallels 12 for Mac / Win 10

    Hello,
    I just installed Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac, with a brand new Windows 10 VM.
    I've got a MacBook Pro 2011 with 16 GB (RAM) and a Samsung 500 GB fast SSD.

    Anytime, when the Windows 10 VM is running, the fans of my Mac are at full throttle and the Activity Monitor (Mac) show a 150% CPU.

    Any idea ? Thanks a lot !
