Help with network adaptors - QUICK!

I'm trying to work with a program running on xp under parallels 5. I made some changes to my network settings under osx a while back, and now there are no "network adaptors" under osx like there was in the past.

Strage thing is under xp Internet explorer can access the web, but any programs that I have running under xp can't.

I really need to get this up and running asap as I am trying to do some work on that software asap.

If anyone can get me going again I'd really appreciate it.
