I'm upgrading from 8.1 to 9.5 due to PCI compliance issues and just had a few questions about the upgrade. While plesk is upgrading, will plesk be unavailable? Meaning I need to do this off business hours for our customers sake. Also, I'm assuming the server needs to be restarted (windows server 2003) after installation for the upgrade to take effect? Thanks
