Help to log out of another computer that is no longer working

I want to transfer my license to a new machine, but I can't log out of the old one because it's broken, can you log me out?

Hello, we've reset your Parallels Desktop 11 license key.
Please check the issue and also please note that Parallels Desktop 11 doesn't compatible with the latest maOS version.
