Both this forum and support for this product are totally useless. I have posted support mesaages and get a canned 3 day repsonse msag which never has happened. Th eforum post result in no feedback. A call to the support number is useless as th equeqe time never decreases. So what does one do to get support from this company?
iTunes remote and Bonjour print setup problems ask nicely clearly defining your problems . In XP the Bonjour print setup initially sees my remote printers but after a few seconds they disappear and one can not complete a setup for printing. iTunes remote files appear then disappear like the Bonjour printer issue. If one manually via itunes file tool selects the remote music files they work fine. In your reply please at the very least add version numbers, amount of RAM and so on Using a Forum effectively is a skill worth learning Hugh W
I don't really understand what kind of support do you expect as a responce to this message... We love and respect our customers and working to improve our customers support. Just try to post your problem here with some more detailed description, or do the same with e-mail support. I know they had some problems, but now most of them should be resolved.
