I was one of many who had a problem installing Windows XP on Parallels. I was using a brand new CD that I paid for. Everytime I tried to installing using the disc, it would start the process but stop due to an error. If you image the disc and switch to that option, it'll resolve the problem and you'll be able to install it. I also had a problem printing out documents from Windows XP. You will need to go into systems pereference on Mac OSX and change the printer settings to share printers and download the Bonjour software from the apple site in the Windows XP operating system in Parallels. The site is www.apple.com/macosx/features/bonjour. If you can't find your printer model number listed, choose the default generic printer. This should resolve the problem so you can print but will be limited on print options. I'm still working on trying to install my printer's drivers. I have a disc for it but unsuccessful installing it. Windows XP won't run the Install or Autorun setup. I'm currently stuck with changing the margins so it'll print out the whole page and whatever setting it's on, the printer is printing really slow which is not normal. For some reason, it can not detect the printer via USB during setup either. If anyone knows how to resolve this issue, let me know.
