    Hi everyone,
I'm running into an issue with a Windows 11 virtual machine on Parallels. While I was working inside the VM on an application, the app suddenly froze. I tried to close it but couldn't. I then attempted to open Task Manager--no response.
Next, I tried shutting down the VM, but it got stuck on the "Shutting down" screen and has remained like that ever since.
Here's what I've tried so far:
    • Closing and reopening Parallels → The VM stays in the same "shutting down" state.
    • Trying to force shut down from Parallels → I get an error saying the VM is in a "stopped" state and can't be shut down.
I've attached some screenshots showing the issue.
Has anyone encountered this before or found a workaround?

Thanks in advance for any help!
