I have been using for several months now with no problems until today! I'm trying to file and online form through my software (installed on Windows 8). The error message I'm getting is 'connection is being blocked by some other software (e.g. firewall).' I have checked my mac and firewall off and i've tried messing with other settings, checked internet connections etc. and can't get to work. Any suggestions? Or a number I can call to speak to someone?
