Help: Cannot activation for New Mac

    I am a Parallels Desktop 18 user, upgraded from V17 and have keys for V18&V17.

    Parallels Desktop has been logged out of the old machine.
    However, when activating on a new machine, there is a problem that "the old activation key has not been accepted by the license service".

    Hello,
    I have a license for Parallels Desktop 16, I try to enter the registration key after installation, but I get the error "the key was rejected by the activation server." How do I register my copy?
