    Hahah 2 hours to answer, and now I followed answer from the support given thanks to twitter, and now i'm on facebook as requested, and again still have no answer.
    I've been waiting over 1 hour an 1/2 AND STILL NO ANSWER;
    Do the support team really cares about customers?

    Yes it really does. We have released a new Parallels Desktop 14 for Mac version and experience high load of user requests, I am sorry for the delay and inconveniences caused.
