For reasons that aren't clear to me, my Parallels stopped working today. It looks like it is starting as normal, but then there is nothing 'there' in the Windows environment, it's just blank. So I tried reinstalling Parallels (which I bought over a year ago) using the link in the email I got then, but I get a message saying 'To activate Parallels Desktop 19, this license key must be upgraded. It cannot activate the current version because it was created for older versions of Parallels Desktop'.
I don't want version 19 - I'm quite happy with 18 and I don't want to pay any more. How do I get version 18 back, and use what I believe is my perfectly valid licence?

Okay, an update - I found a link to download a legacy version of 18, which has got me past that annoying pop-up asking me to upgrade. BUT I am still not seeing the actual Windows environment. How do I get it back, please?

It would be nice if I could get a reply to this!
