Hatch 3 Machine Embroidery Software from Wilcom

I have punched a rather expensive bit of software for creating embroidery on windows.

In the software there is a notion to show thumbnails to see files available.

The software works fine and beautifully but the only problem I have is showing thumbnails ? It just shows a load of icons with an H on it.

I would be really grateful if someone has a solution for this ?

I just want to get this program to work, this is why I bought parallels.

I have Mac mini M4 Pro with very high spec.
