Hi, Bootcamp is working fine on my MBP 2014 Retina (Intel Iris Graphics, 1TB SSD with windows having 50% of the disk). Creating a new VM with Parallels from that partition gives an unworkable Windows VM. Mouse doesn't work, display scaling doesn't work, lots of hardware including the network adapter are not recognised. I managed to reinstall Parallels tools by doing CMD + R, typing explorer.exe and with the keys navigating to the Parallel Tools disc. Unfortunately, after a reboot of the VM, it still does not work. See the screenshot in attachment for all the missing hardware support. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7fEk0GSnUIxZ0ttX2FIVUhsVzQ/view?usp=sharing Any ideas? Thanks, Wim
Hi Wimc, We suggest you to create an empty Virtual Machine and connect Windows HDD of existing Virtual Machine as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/121578 to check how it works. If same issue occurs, please submit a Problem Report ID http://kb.parallels.com/9058 and provide us the ID number here. We'll check it for you.
Hi Manoj, Unfortunately my trial expired so I can't really help. Is there a way for a second trial? KR, Wim
