Guest win xp frozen after Macbook pro was recovered from sleep.

Paralleles beta 3 is quite good now for me except the freeze thing.

 

I've seen a similar behavior- parallels not crashed, but the VM is unresponsive. The mouse won't track in the VM. If I try to quit it, it gives the spinning beachball of death.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to reliably reproduce this to give a useable bug report.
